  There when no one else was

  When a false fire alarm went off, and no one was reachable to turn it off. One phone call to Alectra Ltd (Mark the Spark) and he dealt with the problem in no time at all. If you have problems, these folks are who to call.

  Fault Finding

  Fault finding and fix - ring main

  Alectra; Mark and Gary - were fantastic. The company got in touch on a Sunday night, shortly after I entered my job and came Monday morning to start fault finding (ring main with a tripped RCD that wouldn't restore). The guys found the fault really quickly (I was stumped) and then repaired it with a permanent solution designed to protect from reoccurrence permanently (water ingress issue). Job done start to finish in 3 hours, great price, friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would use again without hesitation. Thanks so much. Steve

  KITCHEN SOCKETS TRIPPING FUSE

  I had a ongoing problem with the kitchen sockets I had several electrical firms attend in an attempt to sort it without success, until ALECTRA attended they quickly identified the problem and sorted it . I would highly recommend this company, they attended when they said and completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, fully explained the problem and what they did to resolve it.

  Needed 2 ring camera floodlights installing. And a light switch moving.

  These guys are amazing I took a call from the Managing Director who asked me to explain the job I needed they listened intently and agreed to have a couple of guys to call next morning to look at the job. They arrived early and to my suprise they were able to install the lights there and then. Whilst guys were at my home my dad mentioned he needed a light switch moving wow they carried this work out straight away. They were polite courteous clean tidy and extremely respectful and professional. I will certainly use these guys again. Amazing.

  Full house re-wire

  Alectra explained everything to me step by step of the job and advised me on things I wasn’t sure about like my outside lighting and the lighting in my kitchen / dinning area and I’m really pleased with it . They arrived the time they said every morning , they were so clean and tidy and very polite young men . I would highly recommend Alectra ltd and would definitely use them again in the future .

  Fuse box issue

  Mark and his son were very professional and explained every step of the process and what had caused the issue . They were quick to diagnose and carried out the work meticulously. I wouldnt hesitate to use Mark again and I was really happy with the price of the job.
