  Both luxury bathroom and shower room - needed urgent attention from a leak and complete refitting.

  We noticed a leak from the bathroom downstairs through the kitchen ceiling so reluctantly had to call an 'emergency plumber'. Unlike others - the Plumber Henry Bardhi - carried out thorough testing of all possible causes - bath, shower, toilet - isolated, identified the leaking pipes in big luxury house - offered explanations, solutions, and all options. He was spot on. Identical replacement parts ordered. A clear timeline set out, updated and reassured at every stage. A five 5 star treatment. Will recommend Henry without hesitation. No 3rd parties involved - he saw job through personally A-Z!
