Power completely out with 2 young children in the house
Tony came to our house after only reporting an issue late last night and told us all the power was on and therefore it was an issue with our smart meter that needed to be sorted with the electricity board. Tony didn't need to do any more for us but he ever so kindly took the time out of his day to ring various companies using his own mobile phone to try and help us get our power back on. He is such a lovely man and I will recommend him to everyone from now on.
