Alex was there when we needed him to install security cameras after a incident near our home that had really scared my wife and young daughter. He was punctual, professional and worked hard to ensure we felt safe. He is very adept technically and a genuinely nice chap. I wanted to smarten up my house for a while now and got Alex recommended through a good friend of mine. Alex was very approachable upon contact and after discussing options for my house ( I wasn’t well informed about these smart devices) I decided on installing a ring door bell with security camera, Alexa devices to get control of sound systems around the house and a nest smart thermostat to hopefully help reduce energy usage. Installation went smoothly and if I’ll be thinking about further “smartening up” my house or need advice Alex will be my first choice of contact.
