Fabulous service as we relocated over 200 miles. First to respond, first to quote, and we were delighted with the service all round. A more helpful and likeable crew we could not have asked for. We very much appreciated all that each and every one of the team did in the days leading up to the move with the packing service, and the move itself. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with consideration and good humour.

Firstly I found the quotation was realistic. There was good communication between myself and the company, particularly as we had to reschedule the moving date. The day of the move went well. The three guys were very polite and hard working. They laid down runners to protect the flooring and even dismantled and reassembled a wardrobe that wouldn’t go up the stairs at the new house due to it being a different design. They even put our bed back together, headboard and all. I would highly recommend this company for your removal.

Had removal survey and quotation from Phillip in April and had hoped to have reasonable breathing space between exchange and completion. Was in regular contact with a patient and understanding Phillip over a number of weeks. Ultimately, exchange and completion happened on consecutive days but Alexander James worked with us to ensure the move happened as smoothly as possible. The removals team themselves were professional, efficient and conscientious throughout. Would highly recommend Alexander James Removals.
