My wooden fence panel had detached from it's concrete post. Alex did a great job of fixing it. He got in touch straight away and was able to come and look at the fence, give me a quote and come back and do the work the very next day. He was very easy to contact, polite and efficient. I would would definitely contact Alex again for further work and would definitely recommend him.

Our experience of alex builders is their work was at a very high standard with great attention to detail and keeping us informed through out the project, and minimising disruption, the team was very hard working, and tidy cleaning up daily, very reliable people, they went over and beyond to make sure we were happy, and we wouldn't have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Alex completed a bathroom refurbishment for me in Sydenham. Included new flat roof, pipework, insulation, waterproofing, floor levelling, plasterboard, plastering, fitting, painting. Work was completed to the highest standard, I would strongly recommend Alex for anyone in the SE London region. 1 Alex was very friendly and cleaned up every night 2 Alex checked everything in advance, including tiling pattern and all fittings positions 3 Workmanship is highest level, tiles are perfectly symmetrical, all units are flush and level. Alex Builders installed the steel frame we required for bifold doors, built a lovely brick wall, levelled our back garden and installed drainage and large tiles for our terrace. Alex also suggested and installed a helpful new tap and outdoor electrics for us. Overall, the team were organised and kept disruption to a minimum. They were very considerate of our cats and neighbours. Alex Builders are responsive and easy to contact. They corresponded well with our engineer and building control inspector. The finish of our project was excellent, we are extremely happy with the entire build.
