CAUTION: Be cautious of Alfie Lee, a chubby-looking Rouge Plumber in his thirties with a white van. Found on Checkatrade and Gumtree, he displayed arrogance, rudeness, and intimidation during a service call. Initially came to fix a combi boiler issue of leakage and then pressure dropping, then claimed a gas leak, and blocked sink, expanding the scope of work. Despite promising a thorough service with a 12-month warranty, he spent only 15-20 minutes on the boiler, neglecting essential maintenance tasks, then 5 minutes to unblock the sink. I contacted Adam as I urgently needed my kitchen worktops finishing, we found his number on checkatrade. I explained the situation and he was extremely helpful. He booked us in very quickly due to it being a smaller job and managed to fit us in the same weekend. Adam and his colleague was extremely polite, professional and id highly recommend.
