  Excellent service in every way.

  We have recently moved into the area, and discovered that one of the towel rails in our new home wasn't working. Having read positive reviews for Alford Plumbing & Heating I decided to use them. The engineer arrived at the arrange time, and after considerable time and effort managed to track down and clear the blockage. He was friendly and professional, as were all those at the office I dealt with. I am very happy with the service I received and the price that I was charged, and will definitely use them in the future.

  Running cistern fix

  I received the appointment and quick fix for my faulty cistern. The chap was pleasant and showed me the fix so I can do it myself in future, which was appreciated.

  Safe and Sercure

  I just love this family run business. There is never been a time they don't make my silly request seem important. They respond quickly and pleasantly . ,from office to engineers politeness all the way . Price wise .Well they are not silly, so easy for a pensioners pocket . I highly recommend u give them a try . You won't be disappointed
