Thank you for brining this to our attention. We have conducted an internal investigation and the employee that was responsible for using your water is no longer employed by the company. As a gesture of goodwill I have sent some vouchers to cover the cost of the water used.

I’m not sure what has happened as we emailed a quote out to the customer on 23rd April and I can see that the email and quote were opened and read on the same day. We have also sent out 2 reminders about the quote. I can only think that maybe we have the wrong email address for her and somebody else has received her email?
