Florian was recommended by the architects I used. This is the first time I have used Aliaj Construction and I'm impressed, reasonable prices, clear communication, good timekeeping, and hard workers. They have been on site less than 3 weeks and the ground works including footing to DPC and the steelwork is completed. The loft is weather proof and the extension will be be by next week. Very impressive.

The guys was amazing to work with, I absolutely loved the finish end of the job, they meet their dead line as expected, The team worked around our needs as we work from home and it was very crucial that we have a temporary toilet as we only have one bathroom at the house, a sink and some appliances working but the guys made it all possible for us.overall all it was great to work with them

Florian did a fantastic job renovating my 3 Bedroom flat.I needed the work completed to prepare the property for rental, and Florian elevated it to a high standard with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painting, and general refurbishment. He managed everything, including coordinating the electrician and plumber. His customer-focused approach was excellent, maintaining regular contact through WhatsApp and face-to-face updates. I would gladly recommend Florian and his team for any future projects.

Aliaj Construction did a fantastic job at our house, total re-do; plumbing, re-wiring, new kitchen and bathrooms, flooring and re-decorating. They were really well organised and Florian was super patient and responsive to our questions along the way. Would highly recommend them!
