Call Out Fee:

A call-out fee applies for all first-time property visits and job assessments.

This covers travel, time, and a full inspection of the work required.

If you proceed with the job, the amount is deducted from your total price.

• If you decide not to go ahead, the covers the visit only.

Deposit 20% of Total Job Cost.

When you accept a quote, a 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your time slot.

• The deposit is fully deducted from the final invoice.
• It helps us cover preparation and materials if needed.
