Percy and his team did a great job of converting our garage into a living room. They were worked hard to get the room finished in good time. We love our new room and so glad we hired Percy and team to do it. We asked for a pelmet ceiling, which is quite unusual and there were a few issues with this but overall we would recommend this company if you’re looking for a conversion.

We’ve used Percy and his team before, and once again they did a fantastic job. This time, Percy installed a new extractor duct and renewed some problematic wiring that had been causing our lights to flicker. He was incredibly communicative, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how thorough he was in resolving a variety of issues stemming from water leaking through the old extractor duct - which had been affecting our electrics and lighting. Percy quickly identified the root causes and coordinated with his colleagues to get everything sorted efficie

It has been outstanding from start to finish Percy was very good in communication of the scale of work and pricing it all up to our budget, once the work started Gerard was on site and I can only praise him very highly, he is extremely knowledgeable and accurate and everything he has done, he went above and beyond and finished the work on a very high standard! Overall I am very pleased to have chosen A-Line Property and can highly recommend them ! Great job from all involved!

The team did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation which included taking down a wall, installing a beam, and replacing windows. High quality work.

Percy and his team did a fantastic job replacing the extractor duct to our flat. He carried out an excellent assessment prior to completing the work and provided us with a detailed appraisal of why water was dripping back through the extractor fans. This was essentially because the original property developer had not installed them correctly. Percy kept me updated on the work at all times and when it was due to be completed. He also provided helpful images of the work before and after. I'm very grateful to Percy and his team for their great work and I'll be sure to use them again in future.
