Shower installed

Resealed around the shower
Resealed the shower as I had a leak that was coming into the kitchen. He was there 40 mins and then said that was£60 And £60 for a call out fee. So he charged me £120. When I tried to say that he had told me there was no call out fee and questioned it he refused he had said there was no call out fee. As I'm an older lady he intimidated me and I was scared and shocked at how much he charged me. He also tried to say he worked with a local plumbing company who had great reviews.
