  Not a credible company - can’t trust their scheduling! Didnt show up at agreed time or call. I had to chase to discover our removal was missed from their schedule! Move was seriously delayed. To add insult to injury an expensive cabinet was damaged. Assumed we were covered by insurance as booking email stated “Insurance: Goods in Transit insurance: £100,000” On reporting damage, told we have to pay £350 for the claim JUST to be investigated, the results of which are at the sole discretion of the insurance company! They point to Ts&Cs on their website sent after booking. Pure deception

  The customer had no problem with the excellent service we provided. The only issue was they were not willing to comply with the T&C's to claim insurance.

  House Contents Packing ready for storage.

  Strongly recommend. Ali came to our aid when we were facing a dilemma packing in a difficult environment, where an elderly relative with mental health issues had lost control of the hoarding. But this did not prevent a great job being carried out. Ali’s team were able to pack the most essential items and leave behind the clutter. They were on time and packed well and very swiftly. I was very pleased indeed with the result. 10 Star Service.

  Couldn't be more Happier. The service provided was excellent and with high efficiency. Your pricing definitely beat all other quotes I had received. The movers were all very professional, especially Ali, who single-handedly carried out the majority of the work but never lost his smile. He is a very hard-working individual and certainly an asset to your company. The rest were also brilliant. I will be using your service again very soon.

  PROFESSIONAL - FRIENDLY - EFFICIENT Moved from Tadworth to Dorking. Moving house is always a stressful thing, but these lads made its not only easy but enjoyable for us with their professional friendlyness. Team was brilliant, came on time , moved with efficiency and care. They even went extra mile to arrange a last min collection for furniture as a complimentary run. Now that was something very special. Over all immensely fulfilling experience.
