  I can't recommend Conna from All About Blockages enough. If you are in need of a drain technician then give him a call. I felt at ease from the very first contact and right through the whole experience. Conna did a great job replacing the manhole cover and even lowered it as requested. I did ask him to check our drain run as at times the water backed up. It was no trouble for Conna and a problem with roots from a boundary hedge were discovered. Conna returned the next day and the roots were removed, drain run cleaned and reinspected , job done. Great workmanship and service.

• Blocked drain

  Couldn't thank conna enough for he's hard work at one of our properties. We've spent over £1000 trying to get this issue sorted and within 24 hours the problem come back this has happened four times now, used many other drainage firms and I can honestly say this guy knows he's stuff! What I found the best part he didn't collect payment for 3 days to prove what he's done has sorted the issue. It's been almost two weeks now and it's been perfect! Thank you so much, highly recommend and will be using him for all our other drainage and plumbing needs, great guy.

• Drains blocked by tree roots

  Polite, punctual, showed me pictures of what was happening in the drains and explained what needed to be done, before providing what I thought was a very reasonable quote for all the work that was needed. Conna did a great job and left everything clean and tidy - and best of all charged me less than the original quote! Not surprising that all his reviews score top marks.

• Blocked outside drain

  Have been so impressed with Conna’s knowledge, professionalism and service. I had noticed water coming up from my new (never used) shower’s drain when the toilet was flushed and contacted Conna late Friday afternoon. He was able to come out the same evening, clear the issue and diagnose the cause- building materials (cement) from recent work to my house blocking the drain. He advised what I should say to the builders and returned first thing on Monday to fully remove all aspects of the cement blocking the pipe. Would definitely use Conna again for drainage/ plumbing services.

• Repair of plastic pipes chewed by rats

  Conna carried out a camera survey and highlighted a few faults with the sewer lines after pest control confirmed sewer rats in the property. As the work is all above ground, the stack pipes were accessible within the false wall/boxing. Sections were cut out of the wall and the pipes have been repaired. A Ratgate one way valve has also been placed in the sewer by the pest controller to stop this happening again. Can't thank you enough as this has been an ongoing issue for some time.
