Took down existing guttering and cleaned. New guttering and siliconed all joins.
The service was extremely efficient from the initial call via check a trade website to completion. Swift correspondence and quote. I was informed clearly about the work to be completed and a quote sent on the same day. On the day everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Replacement of fascia and soffits with UPVC
Courteous, competent, and professional - The initial survey visit was very thorough and gave lots of info about what would/could be done and the relative benefits of any options. We were given a definite sense of their competence and professionalism. There was no pressure whatsoever to accept the quote. The installation team were also very punctual, friendly, polite, and efficient. They kept us well informed of their progress and any issues along the way. Repairing broken and leaking guttering
Pleasant and efficient throghout, no trouble at all having them on our property. Everything worked out exactly as they said it would when they came round to quote. Did a good job of tidying up afterwards - I hadn't even thought to ask about that.
