I called Gareth on the morning that I discovered my front door lock was not working. He was able to get out to me within a couple of hours, even when he had his diary booked. The job was complete within an hour or so. He was very professional and took pride in his work, not wanting to leave until it was the best job he could do. Gareth was trustworthy, reliable and friendly, I would definitely use him again and recommend his business.

Fantastic arrived roughly when he said he would and replaced my door lock no fuss and a fair price; very happy!

Locks had failed on both my front door and rear door within a day of each other. I phoned a Gareth in the morning and despite having a job 60 miles away during the day he came to me in the evening as promised. Most trades people would have been going home at the 6pm he arrived. Work carried out as promised at a competitive price. The rear door needed adjusting as it had been I’ll fitting from installation a few years earlier. Although not part of the job Gareth took this on and didn’t charge. Great job from a great professional.

We called Gareth after seeing his profile on check a trade. Our front door lock was broken and we needed it replacing. Although Gareth was unable to come out on the day we’d initially agreed on he kept me fully updated about his delay and we agreed a further date and time for the work to be done, this wasn’t a problem to us at all. Gareth came out the next day as planned and he literally solved our problem within 20 mins maximum. His work was quick, efficient and tidy and we felt that the price charged was very reasonable.
