  Carried out multiple installs, excellent job

  Allan's team recently fitted an EV charger at our property alongside an outdoor socket and an extractor fan in our bathroom. The communication was always prompt and professional and the team carrying out the work were polite and respectful when carrying out the work.   Had an outside double plug installed

  After posting my job Allan sent me a message quickly and asked for more information. He continued to communicate well with me and gave me a quote quickly. He said he was available the next day so appreciated the quick installation response. Arrived at time stated and finished the job quickly and even tidied up any messages after..   The team were amazing! Bang on time and started straight away, ensured I was involved in all decision making and the guys were completed in no time. Does that mean they cut corners? Absolutely not! They ensured everything was absolutely perfect and repeatedly checked in to make sure this is what I wanted. They are perfectionists and the work speaks for itself. If you want reliable, friendly and great attention to every minor detail then honestly look nowhere else but Allan Bryceland because I will now only be relying on them for any future electrical works!   Did not perform promised work, left with unsafe oven.

  Contacted this person with a request to change the kitchen circuit to be suitable for my new oven, and then asked if he would be willing to install as well, to which he agreed. On the day he did the work, he made no attempt to change the circuit, instead fitted the oven on an unsuitable and potentially unsafe circuit. Told me 'just don't turn your new oven up above 200 degrees' and still charged me the full amount despite not doing any work. Now been left with an unsafe oven which I am going to be more out of pocket to pay an actual electrician to sort it out.
