I bought a couple of flats and immediately spoke to Simon and Vicki about the work, having had such a good experience before. They quoted on the basis of converting the building back into a house, however, following discussions with them, we decided to retain the existing flats and re-jig the layout. Once again, Vicki project managed the whole project and stuck to the revised budget and time frame, despite uncovering multiple issues including new roofing, damp issues and unstable walls. The flats were finished on time and I had tenants before the flats were completed.

I bought what was probably previously used as a drug den in complete disrepair. Many contractors gave unreasonably high quotes to renovate the place as they did not want to touch it. Simon and Vicki took a look and came up with a costed plan and time frame. They project managed the whole renovation, which was great as I was out of the country, and kept me well informed throughout. The place was finished on schedule to a very high spec - the final finish was fantastic and the attention to detail really made the place. I now rent it out and have had no empty periods.

Simon and his staff worked hard and I couldn’t be happier with the finish would highly recommend this company again.
