• Re-route downpipe to resolve damp issue

  Justin and the team were helpful and courteous, offering a number of solutions to our problem at different price points. The job involved replacing guttering and down pipes and digging up the drive to terminate the downpipe into the drain. This was due to the old downpipe being embedded in a wall (which had failed) causing damp in the garage. The damp issue is now resolved and the work was completed to a high standard.

  All the work was carried out with all the different trades organised and working together and on time. We had weekly update meetings and any changes that needed to be made talked through and agreed. We worked to a tight timescale and nearly achieved it. As always small problems arose with sizes needing changing or handles, taps or lighting moving or increasing- these challenges were worked through together. Justin suggested alternatives and made sure all materials were organised and delivered or collected as required. Stress free job unlike some horror stories you hear.

  There were various jobs needed to be done when we moved house. Fitting internal doors, and flooring. Repairing roof damage. Good quality workmanship. Friendly efficient, trustworthy service. All Aspects have a source of experienced tradesman to use and oversee all work to completion.

  Justin was always very easy to communicate with and kept on top of the workers he subcontracts. Quoted price was really good and anything that would cost extra would be run by us before agreeing to proceed. In general, the subcontractors (demolishing, electrics, plumbers, carpenter) were really nice and polite, arriving early and on time. And not taking long to execute the jobs. I would recommend Justin and definitely hire him for other jobs in the house.

  All Aspects Building carried out work on our property converting the the garage into an extended lounge area with down stairs wet room. The job was carried out with complete upmost care, the workers were all very polite and Justin listened to all our needs and made sure he talked us through the project before and whilst it was taking place with complete professionalism.
