Connor costed out my quote (which I accepted) back in July. He was supposed to start the work today, two and a half months later but has failed to return calls and voice messages, also emails. He has also failed to show up! I am hugely disappointed and have had to go back to tendering for another quote with a more reliable joiner. Don't use this company if you want reliability.

Unfortunately due to lack of communication between us and our client All Aspects Carpentry apologies for any inconvenience caused. But we will not be held responsible for "not turning up on the job" when the work in question was not booked in as there was no deposit paid to book in the dates we agreed on when the quote was accepted in July.
We are very busy and do not have the time to chase clients up for deposits so we assumed our client had changed their mind and the booking date was taken by paying customers. By the time our client had contacted us about 2 months later expecting the work to be done it was to late. We will not be held responsible for the lack of communication when both parties are to blame, our client was quick to blame us but we do not hold booking dates unless a deposit has been made and this was mentioned to our client when pricing the job.
