I contacted ALLDRY on Tuesday 3rd March hoping that I could find a company that could fit the works in at short notice, Simon promptly called out to the property to talk me through the process, he was very knowledgeable and advised me on the best course of action. ALLDRY arrived on Thursday 5th and the works were completed on the 6th. There was additional works not anticipated yet they completed these at no extra costs, I would recommend ALLDRY to anyone who wants a professional job with minimal mess, who arrives on time and clearly knows his trade. We had a good experience working with All Dry Damp Proofing. Communication was good. We were really happy with the work, the property was well looked after. All Dry Damp Proofing covered all the carpets and kept the mess to a minimum. All works were well explained.

Tenants at one of our managed properties reported an issue with damp, which we addressed. We instructed a local Damp proofing company, ALL DRY DAMPPROOFING, to carry out a survey at the property (at considerable expense) and advise on the problem. The survey was carried out and the Landlord subsequently agreed for the necessary work to be done as per the damp report. The work was completed and the bill was paid. A short time after the tenant contacted to inform us that the damp had returned in the same area. All Dry Dampproofing refused to re-visit without paying for another survey

Couldn’t fault Simon from start to finish. His report was thorough, easy to understand and the pricing was clear with no ambiguity. His workmanship was excellent, from arriving when he said he would, to clearing and cleaning up each day, we had nothing to worry about. A thoroughly professional job. This was our first (and hopefully last!) damp problem but we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you!
