  Plumber on a difficult job

  I called a plumber to carry out what I thought were two fairly simple jobs. The plumber arrived exactly on time and clearly knew what he was doing. On investigation one of the jobs proved much more complex than foreseen. The plumber worked out a good solution and fetched the necessary parts from a stockist. It took him quite a while to get the parts and complete a complicated installation. Everything is now working well. The plumber was at all times friendly and helpful. After he had finished he left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

  Toilet leak

  Emergency plumbing job to sort leaky toilet. Came later that day and assessed issue quickly. No concerns with job and seemed knowledgeable but was expensive call-out and hourly rate, and slightly chaotic approach.

  All costs are fully explained prior to attendance whether i have been to your home or not i don't know what the last engineer, plumber, handyman has done in your property and there for we don't know how long we are going to be with you and you are charged accordingly including time to obtained parts on your behalf.

  Solution found

  I have a very difficult toilet which the plumbing suppliers couldn't suggest a solution for. I called Allerco and Will diagnosed that the existing toilet could stay as was but what needed repair was the flushing mechanism which had been badly done by the previous plumber. Will returned the following day and purchased the correct flush for the toilet and considerably improved the setup. He was extremely helpful in explaining to us how to avoid this issue in future. Overall it was a very beneficial, prompt and efficient outcome

  Installation of new shower equipment

  A very efficient and helpful service from Allerco. I've used them several times, and have come to rely on them for any plumbing issue. The cost may seem a lot, but this is London. Will always has useful advice about how to avoid issues in future. He copes well with problems that arise from poor workmanship from installers as well as wear and tear and more major issues.

  Tap replacement, bath replacement, piping replacement.

  Bookd in for two days with Will from Allerco Plumbing & Heating. Cane to update some bits and pieces and diagnosed the issues quickly, and resolved some of them efficiently. I will give 5 stars when l update the review once Will has returned to complete the jobs What really stood out was his knowledge, clear communication, tidy workmanship, and a friendly attitude throughout the visit.
