Would recommend, the service was good and easy to work with

The company responded very professionally and promptly to my request for emergency roof work. I received very professional advice, was shown the problem which was explained clearly in layman’s terms, and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.

There work was done very quickly and to a very good standard. Micheal was very informative and helpful with his advice. Unfortunately the work required was more than I thought and the price did go up, but that's to be expected when the roof was done previously to such a poor standard. But Micheal and his team completed all the work in one day and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Michael really helped us out with our roof that needed replacing after we found birds nesting in it. He came around to have a look within two hours and was able to outline the issue and the state of the roof. Everything was explained really thoroughly and timescales outlined. We needed it done within two or so days as going on holiday. Michael assured us he would get his team on it and would meet the deadline. Communication throughout was clear and my partner and I felt we understood what was going on and why. The job was done to a high standard, even beating our initial deadline time!

Allguard Roofing Ltd- South East London - Catford/Lewisham area. New flat roof installed, 4 months later it leaked. Concerned that a new roof was leaking soon, roofer was called and repaired it. During the cold weather the temperature in the hallway and backroom of the top flat was so cold that water vapor in the air was visible on exhalation. Company stated that insulation was present. No evidence of insulation ( by independent tradesman). Requested that roof be re-done or be re-imbursed, but no response. Against the law to install a flat roof without insulation!
