Highest quality service and skill
Having spent some time looking for the right product and the right person to supply and fit what we needed we found them in Alliance Heat, Glenn and his associate Antonio were incredibly professional, swift, knowledgeable and respectful. I feel I’ve purchased the right product under the guidance of Glenn and Kate. The installation was hassle free and clearly explained, I’ve known many others to use Glenn, he is highly experienced and qualified both domestically and commercially. If you want it done right, done once and with 100% satisfaction go to this company. Highly recommended!!!!!

Fitting a new CH boiler
Alliance Heat (Glenn and Ant) removed my old boiler and fitted a new one. Glenn suggested fitting it in a different location to the one I wanted which proved to be much better. A very neat job done in a day and they cleaned up well after. Enthusiastic and polite. Excellent workers. I now get Alliance to service the boiler every year. Most definitely recommend.

No show
Booked to checkout my heating system. 1st occasion they didn’t show. Contacted them and received an apology as were running late. Rebooked and again didn’t show with no explanation. I Understand that tradesmen are busy and jobs can run over but a call or message costs nothing where as taking time off work to wait for them does.

Leak on old pipework.
Excellent service received again from this company. Leak found and repaired in no time. Very prompt and reliable. Would not use anyone else. Thank you Glen and Co.
