Although a tricky job, Ian quickly got to the bottom of the problem!
Where others have failed and looked to expensive replacements, Ian took his time and got to the botttom of our problem. He was methodical and took his time. He get me informed of the problem we had in simple English and was open and honest about his work. Whilst he will need to return to carry out a full service etc. he left us with a working gate.
