Beware!
Allington Property Services quoted us £200 plus materials for a “full days work” to repair our garden fence. They told us that they needed to dig out and concrete, new supporting posts. We took this at face value and agreed. Today. they informed us that they had thought of another way to fix the fence. They have been at our house for 2 hours today (less 30 mins to pop out) When we asked them how much do we owe you, as they had only worked a couple of hours, they insisted on the full days payment! What a con. If we didn’t pay, they were going to rip it all out! BEWARE!

it was £50 per hour plus vat so i decided to do a day rate as the job may have gone on longer so 2 people at £50 hr is £200 they also did not want to pay for the fittings that we supplied.

Blinds fitted
The workman was lovely and put up 3 sets of blinds and what I thought was an ottoman bed but turned out to be a standard bed but he still charged me for putting up an ottoman bed knowing it wasn't that. Also noticed a little pice of wood in one of the brackets for the blinds as if he fitted it slightly wrong. I will have this checked by my usual handyman when he gets back from France. But he was friendly and was willing to do the extra for me.

Bathroom Fitting
The guys came in, gutted my old bathroom, and refitted a new super bathroom ware, and I am very pleased. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to have work done.

Bath panel
Ben came to us to replace a bath panel. The bath is a P shape and there is no bath panels that you can purchase to fit the bath. Ben custom made a bath panel which is excellent, and looks good.
