Tim is friendly, approachable, considerate and extremely helpful. He installed a new kitchen and bathroom for me which I'm very pleased with. All work was undertaken to an excellent standard. Would recommend.

Tim has recently completed a full refit of my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the finished works. Tim will only work with highly skilled and professional sub contractors and the quality in their work shows. Everyone was friendly and easy to get on with. The project was completed within the timescales and budget which was fantastic. Any issues were met with sensible and practical solutions and I was very grateful for his invaluable input into making the finished room better than planned by the designer. Highly recommend Allison Developments to anyone looking to have work done.

This is the second time we’ve used Allison Developments (previously completed an en suite bathroom to a high standard). Very pleased with the results. Tim was very helpful in the design stage suggesting changes and improvements we could make. Sub-contractors used were all very reliable. Inevitably there were a few snags but the focus was always making things better rather than just making do (for example taking the time to strip out and relay pipe work to allow for more cupboard space). Tim is easy to get along with and was a pleasure to have around.

Tim Allison is an excellent professional who is very reliable and does excellent work in almost any area needed in the house. He took out a wall, removed old kitchen&floor and we hope he’ll be back for our new bathroom project. He is very time-efficient, skillful, practical and always delivered within the time frame&budget. His team are very friendly and reliable just like him. He has undertaken removing our old kitchen units and extension floor which turned out to be a bigger job due to huge water damage underneath the floor. He still kept it simple and delivered the project with no issues.

TIm haș done a lot of other work for me. He project manages a team of people so that means the trades all turn up when they are supposed to and in the correct sequence. This was the final stage of a long project knocking through kitchen and out to garden and this time it involved knocking out the back wall and installing a lintel for the new aluminium doors and then all outside render was knocked off and re done at this level around kitchen exterior . there was also some electrical work . Im very happy with the end result

Tim has just done an amazing job of managing damp-proofing work at one of my properties. It was quite complicated, but he worked out a solution as always and has done a great job, as always. He has also repaired some of my other properties recently. He is great at communicating, works well with a tight deadline and is so flexible and friendly with everyone he works with and for. His advice on any matters to do with building works is so valuable I would never use anyone else in the Hastings area.
