Job location: ME4My company has been using All Kent Cooling for many years, and their service is consistently excellent. Their communication is clear and reliable, which we really appreciate. Recently, we needed a new air conditioning unit installed in our office. Although they had us scheduled, a cancellation allowed them to fit us in earlier than expected. Whole experience was excellent . Quote was provided in good time and fully explained . I was kept posted on order progress and the work proceeded on time and as scheduled . On the day the fitters arrived exactly on time - they were polite and explained everything that was being done . They left the work site tidy and clean . All Kent Cooling installed air conditioners in three rooms of our home. They were professional from the initial consultation, providing a detailed quote and explaining all available options. During installation week, the team was courteous, communicated each step clearly, worked quietly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.
