From the start communication and customer service was impeccable. After initial visit they came back to measure twice after we made a change. Great range of options and competitive price. When carrying out the work they arrived on time every day, left no mess and cleaned up afterwards. They kept us updated as the job progressed verbally, via email and with photos. Really great experience, I highly recommend.

From the very beginning dealing with Mark at the office to the full installation of 4 windows and a new composite front door. Everything went very well on the day of installation, the team of 3 turned up on time, got started away, I asked of 1 of the team could start on the front door as i waiting for the alarm installation company to come back and fit door sensors, that wasn’t a issue, they carried out my request, very tidy fitters cleaned up there mess as they went along, leave the property how they found it, I would certainly recommend them to anyone asking if I knew a double glazing firm.

Kieran and Rob have installed two new PVC windows for me. I'm very happy with their craftsmanship and their work ethics. I love my new windows. I would definitely go back to All Kent Windows should I need any new windows/doors installed in the future.

We have used All Kent Windows at our previous house and based on our experience we called them in to fit a new side garage door and 2 small windows. Measure and quote process was quick and easy. Happy with quote - very reasonable compared with another company. Door and windows were ready in 5-6 weeks, installation was booked about 3 weeks into this lead time. On the day the installer turned up on time, was relaxed about moving around items in garage, didn't mind the spiders ;-) Work was done to a very high standard, very pleased with finished product. We feel confident with the door security

Our experience was stress free from start to finish. It was always "Yes, we can" I cannot remember any "No, we cannot" at all throughout our journey. Any recommendations from the team were spot on, and we were grateful for this. The installers Kieran and Rob were always polite, professional and helpful with any questions we had. They tidied as they went, which helped control the mess created. The finished product was so much better than we had expected and we are soooo very happy that we were recommended All Kent Windows. A score out of 10 is an easy 12! A huge thank you from us.
