    Excellent work and expertise.

    Alan has fitted a number of locks for us, has adjusted bolts, and most recently he came out in the evening to do an emergency repair to a window with a broken hinge, and made it fully secure in just a few minutes. His experience, knowledge and quality of work has been excellent in every way. Very highly recommended!

    I very grateful for Alan helping me with my stubborn locking bollard and fitting a new lock on my front door. Alan arrived when he said he would was very amicable and went out of his way to resolve my bollard lock. Highly recommend if you need help with difficult locks.

    Replacing broken conservatory lock

    Alan came round immediately to examine what was needed doing and then after repairing one of the conservatory doors spent time adjusting it so that it wouldn't break again. He communicated all the time about what he was doing and why, and even checked out another worry I had at the same time. Excellent service and price. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This is exactly the great service we had for him two years ago when our main door lock gave up the ghost on a sunny Sunday when all our family had just returned from the seaside.

    Alan was brilliant ! Really quick response. Arrived early next day on a Saturday ! The job turned out to be more complex but Alan quickly sorted it all. With a smile too ! I would definitely recommend Alan 100%.

I'm Alan Hocknell, trading as All Locked Out. I am a skilled 24 hour locksmith with over 15 years experience and I live in Tenterden, Kent, with my wife, daughter and our Jack Russell, Baxter.Unlike many other locksmiths, I don’t charge a call out fee; instead I provide a clear price for the job to be done, with no surprises later. I am reliable, conscientious, fast, friendly and good value.

I work for private individuals, commercial clients, housing associations and letting agencies. 90% of jobs are completed in one visit as my van is always well stocked with a variety of insurance compliant BS3621 locks.

I work as non-destructively as possible (ie: picking locks rather than drilling) and I reach most customers within 30 minutes of their call, and often much quicker!
