I contacted James on behalf of my elderly Mother as she had a problem with her shower. James responded immediately and kept in contact with me . I had a very pleasant experience with James. He was very knowledgeable and changed both ceramic bath mixer valves and repaired the diverter which had become stuck. He was very friendly and explained about the red and blue valve codes which a previous plumber had fitted incorrectly. Stephen was brilliant when I contacted him. He told me there wouldn't be a call out charge and that he would take a look at my loo to see what needed to be done before giving me a quote. The next day Stephen arrived and did exactly that. He was also well prepared in that he had replacement fittings on hand to complete the repair on the same day. The two plumbers did their work thoroughly and politely. They showed us photographs of what needed to be done. It needed two visits. A lid was put on the water tank in the loft to prevent mice getting in. The work, over two days, was efficiently and politely carried out by two plumbers. They kept us informed throughout about the work they carried out. Both plumbers had years of experience.

Steven came very quickly to deal with our issue. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything about the issue and how he would fix it.
