Fantastic service from Rob at All Planning. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the result Rob Hewson achieved for us. What felt like a very challenging process at times, with objections from a neighbour and delays caused by council backlogs, was made so much easier thanks to Rob’s calm, knowledgeable and practical approach. He guided us through every step, gave clear and honest advice, and ultimately helped us secure permission to move forward with plans for our dream home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone needing expert help with planning - his support made a real difference.

Huge thanks to Rob for his exceptional support as our planning consultant. From the very start, Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with invaluable expert advice that guided us through the complex planning process. His attention to detail in crafting the design and access statement was fundamental in achieving the council approval. We submitted our application for a double front, double rear, and side extension with a gable roof, and we were prepared for a potentially lengthy process. However, thanks to Rob's expertise and strategic approach, we received planning permission!

Really happy with Rob and his planning consultancy services. As we were planning some fairly ambitious extensions to our house (in Walthamstow), we fought it best that we should ask a planning consultant to assist. Rob organised everything, including advising the architect on what needed to be done. He used to work for Waltham Forest Council and as far as we can tell, this was well worth it, because we’d heard that they can be difficult at times. We would happily recommend Rob to anyone in a similar situation.

Used Rob to get planning permission for works after being sent an enforcement notice following a complaint by a neighbour. He was really helpful and positive and with his help we managed to get planning permission through for the works and to get the enforcement notice removed.
