Seb was very helpful and quick to providing options on what I could do for moving my washing machine. He took the time explain what had gone wrong with my bathroom tap, which proved how knowledgeable he is in his work. He was easy to communicate with and would use again!

Sebastian replied promptly to my request. He then showed up prepared, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He replaced an old tap so I could plug in a new washer and then checked a few other plumbing things I asked for in the moment (something loose under the sink, a knob missing..). It was pleasant and effective.

I used this company for the first time today. The plumber turned up on time as promised. He fixed the dripping tap and replaced 2 parts instead of one which was over and above what the job was. The replacement plug in the bathroom was fitted as required. I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and excellent at his job. I would 100% use him again and recommend him to my family and friends. Great value for money.
