He was asked to remove the existing tiles and refit white plastic cladding to the walls. I also requested some general plumbing work. On the first day he removed the old plastic tiles but the bathroom, landing, stairs, hall and porch were left in a disgusting mess. The next day he put the cladding up but when I checked it,it wasn't white but more cream in colour. The workmanship is terrible. There are obvious seams and they haven't been cut straight. Two of the panels don't meet at the bottom. I was also left without a wash basin for 2 1/2 weeks before he finally came back to fit it.
Response from All Plumbing
We are sorry to hear that this job hasn’t gone to plan. The customer asked us to supply and fit white panels in the bathroom, which we started; removal of basin needed to happen in order to do so. The customer then rang me up, first night of work starting, informing they weren’t happy with the white; stating that it wasn’t white enough. We reassured the customer the panels were white (as requested) and provided the number of the supply company so this could be corroborated. During this phone call the customer asked for the job to be put on hold until they found panels that they were happy with. After postponing the job the customer contacted me 10 days later, asking when the sink could be refitted; I did at my first opportunity. During the call part payment for the materials and work started was agreed. The customer let slip they are now looking for a different colour to white, which they initially requested, as no white panels they have seen are to their specification (white enough). I would like to reassure future customers of my workmanship. Please see previous feedback, which truly reflects the work All Plumbing provide.
