Changed tap top in kitchen.
Very old type tap. The plumber had a struggle to put job right but after several attempts, the outcome was to my satisfaction.

No work carried out
Yesterday I arranged with Steve to attend to a water leak at my house today at 13.00hrs. My complaint is he did not turn up as agreed not did he call to apologize. It cost me a day off work.

New shower cubicle and shower, new bath taps.Attempted new bath panel and and panels on shower.
The plumber came to give me a quote on the 21 November2018. He sent a different person to do the work without informing me. The sealant on the panelling in the shower looks awful it was white on cream panels and spread to much. The bath panel was not put back on correctly. Steve came reviewed and attempted to rectify the problems. He put Almond sealant on some of the white which now looks worse. He stated the bath panel was warped and attempted to fit a new one which he couldn't so said he would come back with a carpenter he didn't. I phoned him several times with no response
