The initial contact was made and arrangements to provide an estimate for the work, Craig was very clear on what he could privide and also identified further improvements with the job. The price was acceptable a d the work was carried with a few days. Matthew the electrician was polite, did a great job and left our kitchen clean and tidy. We had some sort of spike which knocked our UFH out and I couldn’t work out what had gone on. I called Allpower as had I seen some other excellent work they had carried out at a neighbours house. Within 15 mins they had rearranged their diary and called me back to arrange an appointment to pop over. Debby turned up 5 minutes before stated time and set to work, diagnosed the problem, had a new controller wired up and heating back on in a short time. Absolutely recommend, very friendly and reasonably priced. Had a shower emergency on a Monday evening. Fitted the thermostat but did not connect it properly to the boiler, leaving my elderly mother with no heating. This was installed as per manufacturers instructions and was communicating with the boiler when our engineer left, A phonecall from the son was just a torrent of threats, fowl language and abuse before hanging up, no opportunity to discuss or investigate
10 Fast, Professional and Competent Response

Called Allpower at 8.00am with an electrical fault with the Shower. Got a call back by 9.30 am, they were on site by 11.00 am, problem diagnosed by 11.30 am. Job completed by 1.00 pm after having to go and get components needed to complete the job. They explained everything as the went along, worked professionally, respecting health, safety and our property at all times. And all that at a reasonable price that was as quoted. Job location: ST4Chris and his team were very helpful in all communications and did a thorough job. I felt they could be trusted to resolve the issues we had in the new flat which had been subject to a repossession and required some updating. I would definitely recommend them as they have all the experience and skills to carry out an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.
