Attended the property within a couple of hours and replaced a leaking bath mixer and tap hose.

Initial site visit completed quickly and fully scoped. Price agreed and work commenced within days. Workers attended within days and completed stages promptly and efficiently. Very tidy workers. All materials removed and site cleaned thoroughly. Workers friendly and cooperative. Excellent job at all stages.

This was a recommendation from a friend. I was told he was good, and that was exactly what we found. Promised to come round to look at one item which we extended to replacing 3 items. Assessed the work, gave us a price, and gave a fixing date. Turned up on time, carried out the work efficiently and cleanly, and 3 problems resolved. Would heartily recommend, as they definitely “did what it said on the tin”!!

I received a phone call advising me when they would be arriving, the job was done remarkably quickly, hardly any mess, bathroom left very clean and tidy. Very pleased with the result. Job well done.

We agreed on a fixed-price kitchen installation, but once work began, the builder demanded extra payment for a foreseeable gas disconnection, responded rudely, and threatened to abandon the job. Under pressure, we paid. He damaged the washing machine, refused to install agreed units, and left the job unfinished. Several parts were poorly done—tiles missing, cabinet fallen, flooring uneven. We're left with an incomplete kitchen. The quality of workmanship is below minimum standards. This is all I can include given the character limit. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Sadly plumber could not obtain the part but told me exactly what I needed and showed me how to fit it. Very nice and helpful.
