Michael and the team were spot on from start to finish. Professional, reliable and really easy to deal with. What impressed us most was their honesty. Rather than trying to sell us work we didn't need, they took the time to investigate the problem properly and looked for the most cost-effective solution, which ended up saving us money. Quite refreshing. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Had excellent review of the problem with Michael. Issues were explained to me clearly. Range of options was given for righting the guttering. No pressure to take the most expensive option and indeed went with a simpler fix to tide things over. Work was then booked in and completed very promptly.

Michael, who runs the company, comes across as genuinely sincere and down to earth. He is excellent at communicating and organising, ensuring everything runs smoothly. He kept me fully informed, discussing any potential issues before they had the chance to become problems. I was particularly impressed by Rob and Tom, who carried out most of the day-to-day work. They were professional, approachable and kept me fully updated in advance regarding attendance. The finished job was to a very high standard.
