I contacted James on checkatrade for my boiler to be serviced as it was 1 years since been fitted but before James s come we realised we had a little leak from one of the fittings James booked us in promptly he arrived at the time agreed and he was amazing just come in got on with the service on the boiler inspected the leak and told us it was a manufacturing part so he told me I can claim on my warrenty with the people who fitted it then after the boiler he give me a free quotation on my bathroom that needs doing honest kind and hard working

James came out very promptly; at short notice and carried out the work very quickly; with the follow up inspection 2 days later' again completing the job fully too a good standard

James arrived on time to identify the issue with our shower. We needed a complete new unit. He sourced a very competitive priced unit and arranged an install time. He kept me fully informed of the price and this included cost of fitting prior to accepting. 100% happy with the installation, communication, clean and tidy workmanship. Pleasure to do business with James, will highly recommend him.
