A Good job done Very pleased with work carried out

The dry verge installation was completed with care and precision. The team ensured everything was watertight and visually appealing. I am satisfied with the work done. They were punctual, informative and courteous, and completed the work on time.

Part of the lead had become loose on the roof. This was replaced and the roof felt and tiling replaced. This was done expeditiously and well and prevented any damage to the property as a consequence. It was a job well done with the minimum of disruption.

None of the work has been completed satisfactorily and the leaks are worse than before Jack and his team started. The fence is a disaster. I sought advice from a third party on the quality of the work completed. This professional’s opinion is that Jack has not done what he quoted for; not used the correct materials; and perhaps most importantly, not done the job to a standard that would be expected. Jack is adamant that he has done a good job on the roof whereas the evidence suggests to the contrary. I do not have confidence that Jack can put matters right.
