We arranged for the electrician to arrive between 09:00 & 10:00. At 10:30, after they hadn't arrived, I contacted them to find out what the delay was I was told that they were not able to make it. We arranged for later that day between 14:00 & 15:00. At 15:30 I contacted them again, and then cancelled my job with them.

Really experienced, knowledgeable, professional and lovely guy to boot! I would highly recommend and will be using him again myself
