Came when they said they would and did a good solid job. Happy with the price and finish.

Asked if they could come restretch my carpet & refit some underlay that my dog had ripped out from under the door threshold. Communication was great from the very start. Service was quick, punctual, and really reasonably priced. They were honest about my options & various price points and advantages/disadvantages for each of them, before proceeding. The work itself looks great, you would never know our little menace was there! Brian was professional, friendly, super helpful & informative, and was in and out in less than an hour! Would definitely go to them again for any carpet related issues.

Received a very reasonable quote immediately, offered a few options for fitting within a short period of time and confirmed a 2 hour window of time to complete the work. Work completed quickly and to a high standard, very pleasant and professional service.

I needed a carpet replaced urgently after flooding in my property. The communication was excellent, receiving a response to my request for work almost immediately. Came out the next day to take measurements and work was completed quickly thereafter to a high standard! Would highly recommend!

The carpet is nicely fitted for all the rooms, hallway and even the wardrobe in the house. The carpet fitter is helpful. He tried to give me some discount and to fit with other quotes I got from other places. Thus I got my underlay nice and cheap. They tried to save carpet from my rooms for the stairs and hallway so i bought didn’t need to buy carpet there, which saved me a lot from original plan
