Simon was superb from the beginning to the end of the process. Simon picked up the phone promptly and quickly came out to my property to carry out a survey and to provide a quote. I received good advice about the options available to me and the components of my existing security system that could be retained. I knew that I would have to wait a few weeks for the installation and Simon kept his promise on the agreed installation date. The installation process was stress free as Simon is a very tidy worker and post installation he made sure that I could use the system and the app provided.
