Great communication, on time, respectful and all round brilliant to deal with.
This is where Checkatrade comes into its own. Found Paul at Alltime Plumbing and Heating who was able to complete a gas cooker installation for us in Exeter. Not knowing any trades in Exeter, it was reassuring to be able to use this site and engage with respected trades people. Friendly and efficient
Easy to arrange the appointment. Plumber was able to fit us in quickly and very helpful. Even helped repair the sink during the time he was booked in to service the boiler. Fireplace removal/ Boiler Service
Paul was excellent as expected, came by to see what needed doing, gave me an opportunity to show was needed to be done, gave me a very fair quote then carried out the work on a separate day. The work was fast (as the nature of the job that was needing done) and done to a perfect standard. Any checks were carried out before during and after to make sure everything was running smoothly.
