Your vehicle came into us on Friday 13th August and we carried out diagnostics on the vehicle. We contacted you at 17:34 with the results from this.
On Monday 16th we spoke with you advising of prices for the repair, to which you then gave us authorisation to proceed.
On the 17th August, the wrong part was delivered and we contacted you again to make you aware of this. On the 19th August the correct part arrived, was fitted to the vehicle and the car collected by yourself.
During this process a courtesy vehicle was offered to you.
We’re sorry you feel you didn’t get the courtesy or reliability you expected however I see little else we could have done. We kept you informed throughout the whole process and offered a courtesy vehicle to you.
