Snagging issues linked to a complete rewire after a house fire
Nick has a friendly, professional approach and took time to talk through and explain things to me. He hit exactly the right level; neither patronising nor over-technical. He made suggestions to help me improve my home and was patient when I needed time to make decisions. I felt he treated the rebuild as an opportunity to restore and develop my home rather than a list of tasks to complete on a job-sheet. He didn't have to be asked to remove his footwear once the new carpets had been laid and was quick to return to the property to resolve minor snagging issues.
