  Felt Roofing Repair

  Posted 3 days ago

Hidden costs, poor communication and after care.

Replaced boards & felts of leaking flat roof in April with an area of water log. After each step, additional cost added with little extra work to make roof stronger & to avoid water log as they suggested. Ended up paying £12000 instead of agreed £4600. No leaks yet but water now logging at 5 places. Rubbish dumped in the side passage.Took them 3 months to partly clear it in July but all that rubbish left on drive way. Been trying to contact them since without any luck. All contact numbers not in service now, unable to send WhatsApp messages, Monty not responding to repeated calls & texts
