New immersion heater elements
Patient and careful work from Glenn, replacing two elements in my aged water heater, thus saving me the cost of a new one. Not as easy a job as it looks on paper. It involved draining the cylinder and extracting the two old elements, with no damage to the cylinder.

Kitchen extractor fan
We had been told by an appliance engineer from a large firm that our ancient extractor within a fitted kitchen hood could not be replaced due to its size; it was smaller than those currently made. However, Glenn sourced and installed a quality, same-sized and modern alternative without needing to adapt the kitchen hood. And it works perfectly. So glad we sought a second and expert opinion.

Garden lighting.
Working off a design and multiple lights from John Cullen, Glenn installed a three-circuit set of garden lights perfectly. This included a Wise lighting control system and a Forbes and Lomax internal switch plate. As ever, he was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very tidy.

Multiple electrical issues.
We needed a supply fitted for garden lighting, table lamps and a light switch to be repaired and to have a discussion regarding options for a smart video doorbell. The work was undertaken swiftly and to a high standard. The engineer was friendly, courteous, professional and tidy. We will definitely use the company again.
