Amazing service from everyone who has been involved in the work including the splitting of the two rooms and the flooring. Would 100% use these again in future. Good communication and jobs were complete fast and up to a really good standard.

One of my rentals had a damp issue and very strange smell in one room. An issue that we just could not work out where it was coming from. I called APS to ask for some advice and arranged a site survey, we agreed to carry out some investigation work. The team found a void under the floor that was full of stagnant water causing the issues. Within a couple of weeks, the water was pumped out and a new concreate base installed. The team then laid the new flooring like it never happened. I am so gratefull to the team for finding and sorting out the issue as quickly and effectivly as they did.

James arrived at our house around 8am, very friendly and professional. he did a great job fitting all internal doors and cleaned up all mess made. very impressed with the overall job.

Right from the start I was kept informed of the progress. I was given the choice of choosing the type of door. All prices were indicated beforehand and no surprises. The workman ship was great and it was a very professional dealing. The place was tied up after the work.
